How can we help you with sponsorship?
At Swazi we love to show our support and endeavor to assist numerous charities, community fundraisers and individuals with sponsorship.
We do this by providing Swazi products for competition prizes, raffles etc and sometimes gear for people doing something really special in the community.
Were we can't help with full sponsorship, we can sometimes assist with reduced pricing.
Sponsorship Criteria
We're looking for ordinary Kiwi's doing amazing things in the outdoors and giving back to the community.
Our current main focus is on projects that encourage youth into the outdoors. Protect native flora and fauna and, are not for commercial purposes.
While we would love to support each and every one of the worthwhile causes we hear from, we aren’t always able to assist.
To ensure that we can support our communities in the most effective way, please note:
- We have a sponsorship quota each month
- We may not be able to sponsor the same charities year-on-year, as we wish to allow others the opportunity to benefit from our sponsorship support
- We require a minimum of 3 weeks’ notice prior to the event (towards the end of the year longer notice may be required as the quota gets quickly filled)
If your request is declined, it in no way reflects our view of your charity nor the merit of your good work. It is simply a practical decision we sometimes have to make to ensure that we are able to share our help around. Please don’t hesitate to ask us again the next time you’re fundraising.

How to apply for product sponsorship
Please complete our application form below which will give us all the information we need. Once completed the form will go direct to our sponsorship team who will be in touch within 2 weeks.

Terms & Conditions / Sponsorship Criteria
While we would love to support every one of the worthwhile causes we hear from, we aren’t always able to assist everyone due to demand.
To ensure we support our communities in the most effective way, we have set some guidelines:
- We have a fixed sponsorship quota/allocation available each month. Once this is filled, we cannot accept any further applications for that month, even if the application is received with more than six weeks’ notice.
- We may not be able to sponsor the same charities year-on-year, as we wish to allow others the opportunity to benefit from our sponsorship support and spread our sponsorship love.
- We require a minimum of 2 weeks’ notice prior to the event (towards the end of the year several months’ notice may be required as the quota gets quickly filled). We recommend sending your applications in as early as possible.
- If you meet our criteria but your request is declined, it in no way reflects our view of your charity nor the merit of your good work. It is simply a practical decision we sometimes have to make to ensure that we are able to share our support between applicants each year. Please don’t hesitate to ask us again the next time you’re fundraising.
- In return for sponsorship, Swazi is acknowledged on sponsorship boards, menus or banners using our logo. We would also appreciate a photo (including our brand) and small paragraph on how the event went or how much was raised to be used on our social media / website / newsletter etc
